INTRODUCTION
Human resource management plays significant role in the organisation. Human resource
management refers to the planning, organising, directing and controlling various activities that
are conducted by employees in business. They help enterprise in arranging , organising various
activities in business. It enables business unit to conduct their business operation in systematic
and effective manner. Their role is to mange the human resource and their activities in firm.
Human resource manger is required to develop knowledge and management skills as they have
to face many challenges in an organisation.
The Aldi comp[any has been selected for conducting this research. The Aldi is the retailer
company. This enterprise is selected for conducting this study as it consists large number of
workforce that would help in explaining human resource management concept in better manner.

employees, framing policies, defining and designing work. The purpose of human resource
management is to increase productivity and help organisation in achieving their goals as well as
objectives. Their intention also include assist employees in increasing their contribution and
enhancing their performance. Their goal is to foster good employer and employees relationship.
There aim is to create better working environment for workers. Their function include providing
safety and security to employees and framing such policies that would encourage worker to work
for benefit of company. Their mission is to reduce employees turnover rate in Aldi company and
to retain employees for long period. They support organisation for maintaining its performance
