INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development refers to overall growth of individual which
contribute in successful life. For example: improve in communication skills contribute in
connecting with people and proper representation of work. Report highly light career plan of

Human Resource Management
It is one of the important field departments in changing business. HR manager focused on
planning, organizing, training and development of workforce in the company. There are varieties
of work that they have to do in daily life such as recruiting employees for the company. But in

plays important role to train and develop workforce according to changing market and hence

and gaining loyalty. Workforce must feel part of association and it become important for HRM
department to listen their problems and quickly resolved. They also responsible for framing

minimum wages law. It has to develop good relation between different function of the
organisation so that firm working remain smoothly. Analysing performance of workforce is an
important task for them and they use various kinds of tools for that such as 360 degree feedback,
Key Performance Indicator etc. After evaluation of working power of employees, they suggest
management and senior authority for giving incentives, increment, promotion etc. to workers
which help in increasing loyalty of them. It also positively impact on their quality, efficiency and
productivity of the work. Maintaining employees’ relation is another objective of HR managers.
They try to take feedback, suggestion and opinion of them in decision making and changing
policy so that working people feel part of the association.
