I have chosen the human resource management profession which is considered as major
profession. In the functioning of a business entity, human resource management is termed as
backbone of a business (Analoui, 2017). I have a strong desire to develop career in the human
resource management field in order to manage precious employees of an organisation. The
individuals are taking interest in human resource management in order to develop best business
practices. I consider that human resource management is most important field which helps a
business to gain competitive advantage. The human resource management field is also
considered as major field which is helpful in increasing skills and knowledge of the employees.
This research project will cover key and new trends in the field of human resource which are
important for overall growth. The project will cover primary information and open ended
questions for an interview. This report will collect key secondary information from major books,
article and other sources. This research report will include development of knowledge and skills
which are essential part of HR profession.

that they hire skilled staff in accordance with functional requirement of the organisation
