INTRODUCTION
Human resource development plays an important role in managing the overall employees which
leads to achieving organisation objectives. It also concerned with training and development of
employees in order to enhance the skills and capabilities of working employees so they achieved
their daily targets in efficient manner (Avey and et. al., 2011). If company workforce work in
cooperative and coordinate manner with their superior then it will impact positively in overall
development of human resource in an organisation and help in retaining lifelong learning also.
Under this assignment the company which is pre-freed I.e. Sun court limited engaged in property
management which tell about the importance of learning methods and techniques used in
corporate culture in order to achieved daily targets and productivity of employees. Along with
that the whole project discuss about the major elements like different types of learning styles,
role of learning curve in reviewing employee performance, role of UK government in
development of employees efficiency and overall review of overall training programmes. All
these factors need to consider in order to sustain in external environment.

1.1 Comparison of different styles of learning
Learning means to gain new things. Learning is important because change in process lead
to change in operations of organisation. There are many activities in organisation which help to
in compulsion of goals and targets. There is important role manager in guiding personnel which
improves performance of individual. There is important role of HR department in providing them
best way to achieve target. It is important that manager has to provide leadership as per need of
individual. People R Us advise Sun Court to use following learning styles: Auditory learning: This style is useful when person is interested ion learning things
through hearing. Manager has to make arrangements through which it can be easy for
person to gain what changes are important. There is important role of music and other
sounds which are helpful in telling them new ideas and policies (Blume and et. al.,
2010). Verbal learning: In this style manager has important role to play. He has to provide
various knowledge and ideas which are important for their working. In this manager

provide guidance how to perform task otherwise manager can hire some qualified which
help employees to learn new things. Social learning: This is one of the best way of learning, but in case of few people this
style is not appropriate. In this style new things are learn by person with a group. This
will help company to minimise cost of learning because they can train number of people
in group. This style will be more impactful as there is competition among people of
group and they are eager to learn new things(Çalişkan, 2010).
Kinaesthetic learning: In this style there is hand to hand application of what is person
learning. This method is helpful for employees because there can use their learning into
operations. This will help employees to solve issues at that time only and this will
provide perfection to operations.

Learning curve is the graphical representation of leaning and experience. This curve
shows that with the increase in experience the learning also increases. Learning curve helps in

is a regular process and it improves performance of personnel also. These days there are many

Role of learning curve in organisation
Learning curve is important to see what is the rate of learning of person. This will help to
improve performance and efficiency of company. With the usage of learning curve Sun Court
improves its quality of goods and services. Manager came to know about need of training and
then this improves revenue of organisation. Manager can promote employees or in case rate of
improvement is not appropriate then he can provide proper learning. In case of any change taken
place in company then it is important to know what has been learned by person.
Importance of transferring Learning to organisation
Personnel has different skills and qualities which they apply to their workplace. Manger
can not make employees to learn everything so it is important that individual has to apply some

employees (Guest, 2011). These theories help manager to plan their event and perform actions in
most appropriate manner. This will help to improve good will of Sun Court. There are many
campaigns and events which focus on increasing sales. This can be done through motivating

Manager has to plan strategies in such a way that their performance is linked with their
career growth. Through learning theories planning regarding events are properly planned and this
will provide smooth operations to business and employees are also aware that in which direction
they have to work. People R Us advise Top level personnel to use combination of two or more
theories which is beneficial in different situations (Hobfoll, 2011). There are some targets behind
having events so it is essential that manger has to check whether that it is achieved or not, this
can be analysed through learning theories and styles. Manager can regularly check performance
of employees and make corrective actions to improve their efficiency.
There are numerous employees having different mindset so it is important to train them
about new changes which help them to improve operations. There are many methods of training
company has to adopt best method which is beneficial of all personnel. It is important that
manager has to give importance to modifications where business is operating (Jiangn and et. al.,
2012).

UK government plays significant role in overall development of both public and private
sectors. Since, UK is developed nation where large amount of funds collected by government
from large corporations in form of tax revenue and exports also. Hence, training and
development of working employees is vital for overall development of whole economy.
Government formulate different laws and regulations in order to protect the interest of
employees. Company in order to take financial assistance from government required to comply
with certain policies and regulations. UK government initiate by organising different workshops,
programmes in which youngster able to learn corporate skill. They also provide funds and
resources to different organisation in order to enhance productivity and efficiency of workforce
which leads to accomplishment of overall objectives. Important role played by government is
define below:- Establishing policies for public:- In order to maintain decorum and remove all the
criminal activity government formulate certain laws and norm for the protection of
general public. The same will communicate to whole population so they aware about all

laws enforced by government which applied to that particular organisation. According to
changes made in external environment Government create awareness among society
about the benefits coming from human resource department which leads to maintenance
of discipline in business operations. Infrastructure development:- Under this point government announced various schemes
in order to develop overall infrastructure of economy. All this can be possible when
government assist all the start up and big company in the form of finance which make
possible for them to implement their upcoming project which leads to the development of
rural area and also improve working quality of staff at the working with professional in
initial stage (Lund and Colin, 2010).

adopt best method. Manager has to analyse the requirement of training, there is requirements of
different training to employees.
Mainly there are three levels in Sun Court i.e. Top level personnel, middle level
personnel, lower level personnel (Vörösmarty and et. al., 2010). There are different roles of each
department hence it is important that HR manager has to verify which method is best at which
level. Training is important because it helps to improve performance of employee and this will
help to increase sales of company. Training need at different levels are as under- UPPER LEVEL PERSONNEL: Top level personnel includes higher authority of Sun
Court. They are the people who analyse the market and frame policies according hence it
is important that training of this level must be related to environmental factors. This will
help managers to frame policies which help them for betterment of company. MIDDLE LEVEL PERSONNEL: This level is important because they create a link
between top and lower level mangers. Supervisors, team leaders are at this level. They
transfer information and decision from top level manager to lower level ,while problems
and queries from lower level to top level. Hence it is important for them to train them
regarding delivering of information. Role of middle level personnel is important as if
there is improper communication then this create confusion among employees.
LOWER LEVEL PERSONNEL: They are people who perform actual operations to

has two faces positive and negative, hence training methods also has positive and negative
impact. Human resource department plays important role in analysing what is important and
beneficial and what is not. Broadly training methods is divide into two methods i.e. internal and
external sources of training.

training is adopted which is beneficial for Sun Court (Avey and et. al., 2011). Development: This is the step where things gets finalise that how training is done,
number of employees, time, etc. are part of this step. This is the last step where
modifications can be done because after this there will be implementation apart. Implementation: This is the step where all the application work start. Employees play
major role in this step, where they have to learn ideas and apply to their operations.
Evaluation: This is the last step of plan where manager evaluate the results of training.
There will be either positive results or negative. In case of positive results there must be
