Emotional intelligence is when there is an understanding of emotions of not just one
own self but others as well because that is very important for the people to understand
(Carusoand et.al., 2015.). The understanding of others emotions are like understanding their
own emotions because they are almost the same in everyone therefore before judging
others or making a statement for others it is very important for anyone to understand
themselves and put the situation on themselves because they will understand what the
other must have gone through. in more level of understanding it has been understood
that the three is consideration of various alternatives which is helping to proper level of
recognizing the different ranges of ability which is been impacting the behaviour and
attitude. This is one who is have the high degrees of the level of emotional intelligences
to the whom are in contact to each other. Its impact is visible in building positive
relations and gaining emotional commitment of employees. At a higher level this
strengthens organizational culture, sharpens its resilience and stretches its flexibility,
both in the long run lead to greater competitive advantage in the market.
There are factors which will make the understanding of emotional
intelligence much simpler which are having empathy, self-awareness,
motivation, self-regulation and social skills. These are few factors
that help to understand the factors of an emotional intelligence. The
