This company is one of famous and largest retailer in UK both in terms of revenue and number
of their shops. It also sales many health and beauty products and also provides optician and
hearing care services to its customers. Company was founded in 1849 by John Boot. The main
focus of this firm is to serve best quality products in order to attain customers satisfaction. For
attaining the same, company also focus on managing all the employees in effective manner and
at the same time also provide them guidance so that they can easily handle all the employees in
appropriate way (Deery and Jago, 2015). With the assistance of this, firm may improve their
