INTRODUCTION
Human resource is one of the most important and essential element in every company. Managing
human resource is one of the major task for every company. This field has broad scope along
with ample number of opportunities. This essay will discuss the concept of HR and my
associated dream job along with my strengths and capabilities. Under this essay various
challenges regarding HR and their respective dealing modes are also being highlighted.
MAIN BODY
Human resource and my dream job
It refers to that professional field which is concerned with managing human resource or
workforce in the organization. Human resource or workforce being an important element of a
company so it is very essential that it should be managed adequately (Markoulli, 2017). The
management of human resource is also important because it enables company to grab the actual
potential outcome of its workforce in desired manner along with accomplishing of its objectives.
Being a practical field it involves direct interaction with people either at the time of
appointing workforce or at the time of resolving their disputes. Also, human resource is an
integral part of a company which is fully responsible for its efficient running and operating
efficiency.
My dream job regarding this professional field is to become HR officer in a well reputed
company. HR being an important element of every successful company so it has broad
opportunities and scope ahead. Since MNC deals with an ample number of employees so it is
very essential for such companies to hire HR officer within it in order to its smooth operation of
business and raising potential of its employees.
Career planning
My career planning regarding this job includes doing professional course in HRM from a
reputed University in order to more glorify my skills and talent. As my dream is to grab high
position in company in the form of becoming HR officer so for that I plan to take initial and
small steps which will lead me towards my goal and dream job. I would like to start my career by
start working at junior or lower level by which I can learn different aspect regarding my dream
job. Then while pursuing through my job I will try to use my strength and abilities in making my

dream come true or try to achieve good position in the company by showing and raising my
moves and performance. In this way from low to high sequel I will achieve my dream job.
My strengths
I have good leadership qualities. I can lead big to big groups of people. I have strong
influencing power by which I can convert change thinking and perception of other people very
easily (Di Fabio and Peiró, 2018). I have good communication skills. I can easily address and
pursue my message to others in a well-defined and accurate manner. My strength also includes
my abilities by which I can read minds of other which means I have strong analytical power.
Also, on the basis of those analyses I can know what are the people's need and demands and
accordingly I can easily motivate other by knowing and fulfilling their needs at the best possible
extent. I have great degree of patience level by which I can handle worst to the worst situations.
Being leadership is one of the important trait of HR field apart from managing workforce
and as I'm having good leadership skills which will proves to be helpful for me in managing and
leading workforce in an organization. Since leading and directing along with motivating is the
essence of HRM by which they can manage and motivate workforce. And as I'm a good
motivator and leader I can easily handle such situation or any other adverse situation where
employees morale is low regarding their work.
Since communication is the base of every field including HR and without communication
no message can be interpreted and understood in the manner in which it is needed to be
understood (Guest, 2017). And being a possessor of good communication skill I can easily
address workforce along with making clearance in their mind regarding companies policies and
their doubts if any.
Since, it is very common in the field of HRM that many situations arise where employees
of the company shows resistance towards work. This is due to their demand towards something
which need to be satisfied in order to regain their work. It is very important in those situations
that employees demand will be analysed and meet. As I possess good analytical ability by which
I can easily analyse what is being going on the minds of other. So I can easily handle such
adverse situation.
Thus, it would be right to said that I possess almost every aspect which is being required
in the field of HR and my dream job regarding human resource.

Challenges
There are various challenges associated with the stream of HRM. As this field deals with
practical approach and workforce so it is usually common that HR has to deal with such people
also who have short temper or who are aggressive along with handling with changing behaviour
of human resource (Ciobanu, Androniceanu and Lazaroiu, 2019). As I have good mixture of
patience and analytical skills by which it is very easy for me to face such challenge and handle
such employees along with handling situation of changing behaviours.
Since HRM deals with workforce and as every individual has different aspect and
approach towards future and goals. It is commonly seen that every company suffers from this
challenge which includes difference of opinions and goals of employees and company (Stewart
and Brown, 2019). As I posses good leadership quality by which apart from providing direction I
can influence and guide others towards a particular direction. Thus, this challenge is very easy
for me to handle. By using my leadership trait I can make and establish synchronization between
employee's goal and company's goal by realizing them that their goal will not be different from
company's goals and their goal will automatically accomplish when company's objectives will be
meet.
CONCLUSION
From the above essay it is concluded that HR being an important stream in the corporate world
but it also includes various challenges and problems in the form of raising of adverse situation of
employee's resistance or changing trends and various others. However, with possession of
different qualities including leadership or communication and many more it becomes very easy
to cope up with such situation along with achievement of dream job in this sector.
