I. Introduction
1. The purpose and main contents of the report:
Google Inc., the world's largest and most popular search engine, is also one of the world's most sought-after firms. Google receives millions of
job applications every year as a result of its popularity, which is fueled by its very appealing wage and benefits packages for its employees.
Other organizations may envy Google for recruiting and acquiring such highly brilliant and highly trained personnel from all around the world,
but Google sees it as a severe source of consternation.
When Google Inc. topped the list of the world's most popular firms, it couldn't handle the influx of applications from thousands of job seekers
from all over the world. And, because Google strives to hire only the finest people who fit the firm's organizational culture and standards, the
company began to consider methods to enhance its recruiting and selection process for potential employees. And it's for this reason that I
chose Google Inc as my study subject.
