Human Resource planning is not an easy task. Human resources
management is chief function of the hotel industry as hotel
industry require large number of man force. Human resources
aims at improving the performance and skills of employees.
Hilton hotel is operating in combination of lodging and food
services.

Methods of Training
On the job Training- On job training is the most appropriate way
to develop the skills and performance of employees. On the job
training means training of employees at the campus of the hotel
during the job time. In this method of training given to the
employees who are inexpensive and experienced.

Off the Job Training- Hilton hotel is also used this method of
training and development programmes for employees, in this
type of method of training, training is provide at outside the
campus of the hotel. The participation is not in the real action.
This is the most important and expensive part of training as it
is carried out by experts and professionals. It is very time
consuming.

Improved Employees Performance- The performance of
employees of Hilton Hotel can only be increased by
efficient training and development. Employees when
joined the Hotel they are not well trained. By training and
development programmes employees gets desire skills
needed for the task to execute. Training changes the
weaknesses of employees to their strength.
