INTRODUCTION
Human resource management is an important part in both private and public
organisations. It helps in managing humans in company along with it human resource department
helps in maximizing performance of employee to attain strategic objective. This is generally
concern to management of person with in organisation, framing and focusing on policies and on
system too (Purce,2014). The department of human resource is highly responsible for employee
benefits, training and development lessons, recruitment process. Performance appraisal apart
from it they are also concern with industrial relation and organisational change. This department
requires to follow and apply government on their company. Human resource management has
many movement in it. They passes information and culture among employee and creating better
understanding in employee and employer.
In this report, Woodhill College and Tesco has been studies with respected case study
