4.2 Analysing how working relationships may be managed at St. Margaret's nursing home
Relationship among the employees which can be managed by the people and the human
resource department can helps them in order to maintain an appropriate relationship in the health
and social sector. There is an important role played by the leader in managing the relationships
and allocation of tasks in an appropriate manner. Further, with the help of proper
communication between the employees and managers at St. Margaret's Nursing home so that
they can effectively communicate with all of the members (Glendon, Clarke and McKenna,
2016). All of the team members are required to be aware about the roles and responsibilities as if
there is no interference of each other work so that there are no issues are created among the
employees at workplace.
In addition to this, trust plays an essential role in order to build an appropriate
relationship at health and social care sector. If in case in absence of any nurse so that another one
can taken place of them for carry out different activities of nursing home. There are some of the
employees who maintain good relationship at workplace because they are always providing new
ideas and opinions. Further, to respect all of the workers at nursing home as no one works is
small or big which is to be performed by them as per the requirement. Thus, listening skills,
ability to manage the eye contact along with the body language so that it all helps in developing
an appropriate relationship at St. Margaret's Nursing home (Fee, 2014).

4.3 Evaluating how own development has been influenced by the management approaches which
encountered in own experience
There are some of the management approaches which helps at St. Margaret's Nursing
home in order development of my own skills which are mentioned below:
Training programmes-In health and social care sector, it gives most important things which
covers the direct interaction with the different types of patients. There are less chances of
mistakes and programmes of training provides practical experience in order to make appropriate
at the time of dealing with the patients at workplace.
Leadership styles –In context of present leadership skills which are presently working so that
helps in developing my skills. With the help of my leader they always provide appropriate
solution to the problems and taught me regarding the dealing with the patients (Cho and Poister,
2013).
Thus, continuous interaction with the team members and to learn positive things helps to
solve the different types of issues at workplace. Further, management in the sector of health and
social care is considered as an important aspect for the development of skills and knowledge of
employees at workplace.

provided on the human resource management in context of health and social care an with the
help of research they can develop an appropriate policy. Furthermore, through the effective
human resource management which are required to achieve appropriate results and to access the
health-care which is beneficial for the all of the team members. However, there are some of the
leadership styles are followed by the St. Margaret's nursing home in order to manage the team
