INTRODUCTION
Human resource management is one of the strategic approach for the effective
management of the individuals in organization; it helps business for gaining the competitive
advantages. It also designed for maximizing performance of the employees in the service of the
employee’s strategic objectives. Greenwich Pharmaceutical a bio pharmaceutical company
which is known as the multiple treatment products and services and it is one of the first natural
cannabis plant for derivative for gaining the market approvals. This report will examine the
developing organization and HR strategies and also the planning of the Human Resource in
environment of the organization. It also highlighted effective practices of the HR and
performance management in the organization and also influence the employment legislation on
practices of HR in an organization (Noe and et.al., 2017).

From the evolution of the strategic human resource management process of Greenwich
Pharmaceuticals where the professionals of HR need to know the strategic objectives and aims
from getting the highest levels and also to achieve success in the market. the wants and needs of
te chief executive in the context of the business is operated the company and also it wants to
invlves the employees well-being as the part of the mission statement. It is important for showing
the strategic management of the human resource for making the sense of the process in fierce of
the competitive advantage for recognizing and differentiating the increasing of innovation and
excellent provision services to its customers. There are some strategic approaches of Human
Resource;
Definition of skills:- it is one of the most important strategy of the Human Resource
where all the top level management can identify the and determine strategic objectives.
HR can easily find out the skills and ability of the employees which is necessary for the
Greenwich Pharmaceuticals. The mission statement which chief executive wants of the
company is to providing the better services and supporting, hiring and training, staff
selections and safety beyond the expectation of all the employees and it enable for

beneficial for the company to complete the mission statement and also fulfil the needs
and wants of the Greenwich Pharmaceuticals. From providing the training and personnel

high wages and salary to them.
Compensation and benefits:- from the research of the market it identify the need and
wants of the employees towards the Greenwich Pharmaceuticals because its necessary to

Issues with recruitment and selection:- it is one of the problem which relates to the

towards the employees make them demotivated and decrease morale because it is abusive and
sometimes it injure the persons and put them in so much stress. From negative behavior at
working environment and behavior being targeted person repeatedly and persistently over the
time(Osabiya, 2015).
Employment agencies act 1973:- Recruitment and selection, Laws and regulation does not
mean that it always easiest thing to get over it because there are so many rules and regulations

Each and every organization has power of implementing and analyzing the problems in better
ways. From the Human resource management its easy to manage critical situation and facing all the
issues in the Greenwich Pharmaceutical because there are so many problems has been faced by company
in so many ways sometimes it is long term issues and sometimes its short term issues. Its important to
make the strategic vision which is easy to understand task of the company also response on it. The main
problems and issues of the company is it has providing the training and development program me to their
employees From the HR practices its easy to motivate employees and also improve their performance in
so many ways such as by giving them rewards and recognition, by appreciating them ad also set small
goals which has been achieved by the employees. It increases their morale and motivates them for
working with the organization and there are some laws which is helpful in removing conflicts between
employees and organization(Mylona and Mihail, 2018).

has been applied for the managing individuals in so many ways. This report will examine developing of
