INTRODUCTION
Human resource management is the structure which effectively manages all people which an
organization has. This case is all about the Posh Nosh limited which gives the fast food services
They do not have any HR department (Huemann, Keegan and Turner, 2007). So they hired a HR
professional for their business and tell them to give the importance of the human resource
management In this case the researcher analyse the difference between the personnel
management,function of the human resource management, how to recruit and select employees,
how to give motivation and rewards to the employee and knowing the mechanism for the cessation
of the employee. There are different methods used by Posh Nosh manager for monitoring the
performance of their staff and employee within the organization. Being small sized enterprise
company uses various traditional approaches and methods for monitoring the employee
performance that is observation technique or taking proper response and feedback from all the
employees rendering quality services within the organization.

which was done for a whole day. They distribute and allocate all the the works to the employee.
1. planning: line manger has to make plan for all business. They had to see and control all the
business. So all the business of the organization works smoothly.
