INTRODUCTION
In a business organisation HR department and managers are playing crucial role
who identity the needs of people as there is vacant position and fill the post that helps to
get completion of task. This is important function in organisation which is deciding goals
and share with employees who are working in organisation so they can perform well
and helps to attain the business goals (Webb, 2017). Now a days it become compulsory
for organisation to have HR who perform various functions and getting the work

selected that is mobile phone service provider company operating telecommunication
service in UK. This organisation is running business successfully by hiring the people
