INTRODUCTION
Human Resource Management is a process that manages the whole business operation
and is helpful for business growth. When it is very essential part of every organization in which

manner. HRM will plan the resources, turnover of company, budget and can be managing the
ALDI company. Human Resource Manager will manage entire department in proper ways.
HRM is a different department that manages role of company perfectly (Albrecht, 2015).
It will manage hiring process, details of employee etc and handle overall department effectively.
This is main part of every organization to perform different tasks (Ribes, Touahri and Perthame,
2017). Further, they will hire people according to job profiles and provide training to those
people who get selected for particular post. There are some tasks performed by human resource
