crucial role as they play there role as to backbone to the enterprise. With the help of effective
human resource management activities, there will be possibilities in terms to conduct the
business activities in the smooth and appropriate mode. By setting the principles the organisation
can perform their role in better mode. The present report has covered the business activities of
Aldi's, there are number of things has been covered as policies and procedure of HR, the three
evidence has been given on term that how external and internal environment factors affects the
HRM policies and its impacts.
