INTRODUCTION
Human resource management is a process to manage employees in organization. It
focusses on maximizing employee’s performance and increase effectiveness of an enterprise. It
can also increase the productivity in an organization in appropriate manner. Basically, it is a
process of hiring and developing worker in business enterprise to attain best result. In this
management manager recruit right people for right job, it provides best direction to worker to do
their work effectively. In every organization staff members are very important to attain business

is based on the application of HRM practices in ALDI to maintain their employee relations and
