Identifying the entry level positions of the employees of the chosen business organization
The company that is chosen is Amazon.
The entry level positions that are available in this organization are as follows: -
ï‚· Sales Executive: The job role of this designation includes penetration of all the aimed
accounts and hence originating up selling opportunities for company’s products as well
as services. Providing demonstration of the products and performing the sales activities
are the major job role of the organization (Sparrow, Brewster and Chung 2016).
ï‚· Marketing Executive: Perform promotional activities for the products that will be
launching. Providing proper advertisement of the products and services that are being
newly launched.
ï‚· Sales Associate: The main prospect of this job role is to have a vivid understanding of
the products and hence wise make the clients understand regarding the characteristics of
the products and convince them purchase the product (Stewart and Brown 2019).
ï‚· Recruitment Executive: The main job role of the recruitment executive is to complete the
life cycle of the recruitment process. Hence wise choosing the best talent present and
hiring them will be one of the major job role of the Recruitment executive (Brewster et
al, 2016). Understanding client requirement and hence wise hiring will also be a major
issue.

viability of the job with the education one has received. Proper job analysis also helps from
avoiding getting into incorrect job role which will be neither demeaning the degree nor be higher
than the deserved prospect.

an important role in execution of this tasks that are to be performed. With the implementation of
creativity and proper training to the HRs of the organization, these job role can be fulfilled.
Role of Human Capital in Competitiveness in Amazon
A proper blend of knowledge, creativity, training and decision making helps in gaining a
competitive edge over the other business organizations. In case of Amazon, it is ensured that the
employees while getting recruited are tested and hence wise employees with proper knowledge
on the subject gets hired (Bratton and Gold 2017). After hiring proper training is provided and
hence wise creativity of the employee increases. With proper experience in the company it is
expected that the decision making of the employee will be getting better as well. Hence wise it
can be stated that with implementation of human capital in an efficient manner, better accuracy
in business management will be increasing. This increase in efficiency in business management
will be resulting gaining competitive edge over the other competitors.

business acumen, performing critical evaluation of the business scenario of CWB (Noe et al,
2017). Understanding the global and cultural effectiveness and hence wise take proper steps.

consultation and training to the employees also act important in this case. Human capital is a
complete blend of knowledge, training, decision making, creativity and wisdom. All these
