Human resource is an important department that is present in organisations for managing
and dealing with issues and problems related to employees working in the company. HR deals
with various things like welfare of employees, taking care of employees and keeping them happy
at workplace. HR department is needed in any organisation for providing equal rights to al
employees and providing them positive work environment. The field of human resource
management is to properly provide guidance and improvement in employees and new candidates
