Human Resource Management in Australia
Describe
I would like to state in this section that the human resource management system in
Australia has been very much effective and efficient as well. The talent management system
always supplies the best employees to the organizations that could cater to the entire system
altogether. The necessary things are always provided by the human resource departments of the
organizations in the abundant manner.1 The training programs are arranged by the HRM
department in the organizations and they see to the fact that all the parameters are fulfilled
properly as well. The ownership responsibilities are taken up by the HR managers for the benefit
of the organizations. They always give their best to provide the strategic value for the growth of
the company.
Analyze
I will analyze the impacts of the proper human resource management programs in the
Australian background. I must say that the entire HRM framework is very much well weaved in
the country. The several organizations operating in Australia want to contribute their best for the
economic growth of the country.2 Thus I can say that they control the vendor management and
the recruitment of the companies as well. The recruitment and selection process of the companies

are being looked after very well. The career development of the employees and the provision of
the facilities are looked after properly as well. This is why it is extremely important to note that
the HR expertise always caters to the growth of both the companies and the employees as well.
Evaluate
The evaluation part can be set by highlighting on the several programs that the
organizations can go on to achieve the best outcomes. One of the biggest responsibilities of the
HR department is to look after the organizational culture.3 It can be said that the different
multinational organizations always prefer to expand into Australia since the local culture is
always beneficial for doing the business in that part of the world. The organizations will have to
practice the free organizational culture developed by the Hr managers. This should help to keep a
fellow feeling among all the people in the organization. The talent management system in
Australia is very much updated and this always caters for the growth of the businesses as well.4
Self-reflection
At the end, I can opine that the HR practices in Australia have always been the best for
the organizations to operate. From my point of view, I will say that Australia has become the
global destination for the companies to come and begin their business. The brand image of the
company and the employee retention policies, the fair work within the organization and the basic

facilities are taken after that must be provided to the employees positively. In this scenario I can
conclude that the HR practices in Australia are very much at the best point but some points are
needed to be improved for the sake of the employees. However, HR managers in the country
always give their best efforts to find out the best talents for the recruitment.
Managing Diversity and work-life balance
Describe
One of the most important issues in the global management is about tackling the diversity
in the workplace and the work-life balance.5 It has been observed that the various diverse people
come into the workplace and it is very important for the organization to maintain the integrity
among them. The balance between the work and life is also important since people face several
problems in their personal lives as they are very much stressed up because of their professional
career. The needs of the customers are always increasing and they want various types of things
from the service providers. In order to meet their needs, the service providers get drenched up
and they do not find any time to solve their personal life issues.6
Analyze
In this context, it can be said that the employees can come to work in the workplaces
from several regions hailing from different cultures and traditions. This is why they face several
problems indeed. Thus it can also be said that the organizations must provide those employees

with the proper organizational culture and the working environment in which they can flourish
and give their best efforts. The management should also think of the lives of their workers as
well. They must understand if the employees are not psychologically happy and ready to give
their best for the company, the outcome will not be as desired. This is why the organizations
must provide a proper working environment in which people from all strata of society can
coexist. The balance between their professional and personal lives should be maintained as well.7
Evaluate
It can be evaluated that the companies should provide for the proper chat sessions
between the employees belonging from the different cultures. This can only be managed if the
companies could convince the employees about this. I would like to say that these employees
must learn to respect each other and the only measure stick to compare them should be their
capabilities for work. Another important thing I want to highlight is the fact that the employees
must be given the space and time to adjust with the work. They should also be granted the leaves
so they can some quality time with their families and friends. This will boost up their psychology
very strongly.8

5HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
I would like to opine in this section that the all the employees are considered to be the
important treasures for their companies since the productivity of the company depends on them
only. They should be given the proper time to manage their personal lives so they will be able to
concentrate on their professional responsibilities. I believe the organizations can only succeed if
their employees are psychologically motivated and ready to work with each other despite cultural
differences.
