Introduction
The following discussion is based on business organisations. A business organisation is
an entity that formed for the purpose of carrying on commercial enterprise. Such type of
organisation is predicted on systems of law governing contract and exchange, property rights and
incorporation. A case study based on business organisation suggested that there is a need to
increase the growth and reputation of a bakery in Central London which has been owned by
Martin and his wife Amelia. For the growth of bakery, there is a need to have variety of products
available for the customers, good quality of breads, more staff employees to work for the bakery
on the basis of high demand of products (Ross, 2020).
To improve the performance of bakery business, there is a need to offer nutrition
information on the products, have a healthier options available for the customers because
nowadays consumers are more concerned with their health, offering of the high-protein baked
goods and for this there is a need to have a technological advances or machineries in producing
more good quality of breads. In addition to this, there is a need to have a proper human resource
function in the organisation, particularly payroll and pension schemes and social media
marketing which enables them to increase the company's growth and business.

Human resource management function is seems out to be strategic approach for the
effectiveness of managing the people in an organisation so that the business will gain a good
competitive advantage. Such functions are specifically designed to increase the performance of
employees in a service of an employer's strategic objectives (Luke and et. al., 2020).
Training and development: It refers to a proper development and training which is
important for the employees to work with the best of ability. Improper training and development
to employees of an organisation can possibly suggest them to leave the organisation within two
months of joining. Transparency at company goals and resources can simply helps the
organisation to motivate employees in working the best and deliver the needed. The growth of
company with a proper communication helps employees retaining. In relation with the bakery of
Martin and Amelia which are located in the Central London increases their training productivity
to their employees for enhancing the skills and knowledge (Ahmad and et. al., 2019).

selecting the potential and qualified such candidates which are deserving and based on objective
criteria for a particular job. The major goal of such process of recruitment is to hire the hard

unqualified applicants to opt themselves out. In relation with the bakery of Martin and Amelia,
There is a need to proper plan of recruitment or staffing in an organisation. Annual budget of on
organisation and demand of products helps the organisation to understand about the number of
employees they need and short-term or long-term goals of the organisation. Therefore, it can be
said that the selection of the recruitment process decreases the costs of mistakes including under
qualified or unmotivated employees who are not fit for the organisation and hiring the new

products of an organisation. Marketing campaign and advertisements are seems out to be the best
for the products on social media because it increasing the sales of consumers and a significant
growth of the organisation. In relation with the mentioned bakery, there is a need to have

for a set period of time or on a given date (Miklian and Medina Bickel, 2020). It is usually
managed by the accounting or human resource department of the business. In relation the the
bakery, it is a small business in which payrolls maybe handled directly by the owner or an
associate. Payroll is one of the process of paying a company's employees which include working
hours, overtime pay, sick time and vacation pay. Payroll also include the record of employees
payment and such payments which have been given to the government for the social security,
medical care and unemployment taxes.
Pension: A pension is a fund into which a sum of money is added during and
employee's employment years and from which payments are drawn to support of employees in
their retirement from work in the form of periodic payments. A pension created by an employer
for the benefit of an employee is commonly referred to as an occupational or employer pension.
