explain HRM in Hilton for that they explain purpose and function of Human Resource
management and also its Strength and weakness with different approaches. It also explains
different benefits of HRM practice for Hilton employee and employer it also evaluates
effectiveness of different practices. This report also help to analyse the importance of employee
relations and identify the key elements of employment lawmaking. In the end of the report it
