various functions such as recruitment,
selection, training and development of
employees in order to increase the
efficiency of an organisation. The main
role of human resource manager is to
implement the proper functioning and
systematic of work and to facilitate the
smooth operation of a business.
Nestle is one of the leading company that
deals with wide range of products such as
confectionery, ice cream, chocolates and
so on. This report is based on the
development of human resources and also
comprises of various approaches of
recruitment and selection. This report also
includes various practices and procedures
