De Winne and Forrier, 2019). There are hiring, recruting, tarining, performance management etc.
some major functions or practices of human resource management that's why its role is too
important in an organisation. HRM is always operates by a HR manager, who is responsible to
conduct such all activities which necessary for achieving their goals.
Human resource management is too important in the context of Netflix as well. The main
purpose of HRM in this company is to systematically manage people within its business
environment. Currently Netflix is not a small company, because it is running their operations in
many countries. That's why there are large number of employees currently working in its daily
operations. In this case, company is highly needed HRM practices to manage these all employees
in productive manner. Top-level management of company currenlty able maintain excellent
performance of their emmployees with the support of human resources management. HR manage
of this company always try to hire those people, which has extra ordinary knowledge of video
streaming. Nexlfix is a most popular video streaming platform which has large customer base in
this digital time. That's company wants to hire only skilled and well-educated employees within
its buisness environment, so its human resource management is helpful in providing this type of
employees. With hiring employees, HRM is responsible to train existing employees as well (Xu,
Gollan and Wilkinson, 2018). Training is too necessary task of human resource management
within Netflix, because it enables to improve performance of their employees with support of
