Human resource management introduces the process that helps an organisation in
recruitment, selection etc., of best candidates. In this, HR is the knowledgeable and skilled
person within an organisation. The resource introduces to limited availability or scare.
Management is how to optimise as well as make effective use of such scare or limited resources
so as to meet the goals and objectives of an organisation (Ackers, 2021). Therefore, HRM is
meant for the accurate application of an available, knowledgeable workforce as well as make
effective use of present human resource within the enterprise. There are different roles played by
human resource within a workplace, including recruitment and selection, employee relations,
employment law compliance, health and safety, staff training and development etc. All these are
major roles of human resource that will helps an organisation in improving its growth and
success at the national and international level.
