This research project investigates the critical role of Human Resource Management (HRM) in fostering organizational growth, specifically focusing on The Piccadilly London West End hotel. The study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a questionnaire to gather data on HR practices, employee retention, and their impact on sales and overall business performance. The project aims to explore the HR strategies used by Piccadilly, identify ways to reduce employee turnover, and assess the significance of HRM in increasing sales. The literature review examines existing research on HRM functions, including recruitment, selection, employee relations, and compensation, highlighting their influence on organizational success. The findings are presented through frequency distribution analysis and are used to formulate recommendations for improving HR strategies and practices at Piccadilly, ultimately contributing to enhanced organizational growth.
