Human resource manager in the retail sector has significant role to play. It basically
involves management of people at workplace. An individual in order to become an effective HR
manager need to have experience , skills and specialize knowledge about field. The aim of the
report is to define as well as conceptualize employability for graduates. In addition to this, main
objective of assignment is to collect as well as analyse the labour market information in context
of specific profession. Present report will include the analysis of HRM profession and
application of the same. It will also highlight the skills require for becoming professional HR

available in the market to perform monitoring of employees in organization. This tools are RFID
and AI.

organization related to the work power. There are different tools and alternatives are used by the

training programme, grievances etc., has to be managed by HR professional therefore a person
