INTRODUCTION
There has to be a strategic human resource management in any company so that the
functions in the company can take place in an effective and efficient manner and the
management does not have to worry about the working of the internal factors much. The aim of
the strategic human resource management is to make sure that they are using the innovation,
flexible and competitive advantage. The human resource of the company makes sure that the
organization is following and working according to there day to day routine which is a very
important factor. Human resource is the bridge between the management and the employees and
this bridge is very important between the two so that the company can make a lot of profit so that
the company can work efficiently and effectively. Human resource makes sure that all the
employees are doing there work and if they are having any problems the human resource of the
company must makes sure that all of them are solved so that the internal environment of the
company can remain healthy.
Air Arabia airlines is having there head office in Sharjah Freight Center, at Sharjah
International Airport. The destinations the company covers is 170 and the slogan this company
has is “where next”. The company is new and has come into foundation 16 years ago which is
2003. As of December 2013 the company had 2,302 and the company is thinking of expanding in
the entire world but there is a strategy the company is following so that they can get to the target
in a better way and not make errors which will affect the company in positive manner. The
company is having a lot of benefits for the customers which is a very good sign for the company
because the customers of the company are getting satisfied and liked the services and products
which are being given to them.

SHRM stands for strategic human resource management which is a very important factor
in the company because these help the internal issues of the company so that the company can
function better and more efficiently. It is very important for the company to work efficiently
because that will help the company to have a better understanding and the bond with all the
employees will be better which not make the company have troubles working with one another.

company is not having a lot of experience in the market, and they can not make errors in the
company which will affect the company from working therefore it is very important for the
company to have a strong strategic human resource management which is experienced so that the
employees which are coming in the company can be trained properly so that the company can
not make mistakes in the future. The functions of the company should take place properly and
that is made sure by the human resource management that it is being followed so that the
company can achieve their objectives and goals.
When the company had just started and the employees were recruited in the company
they did not make a lot of profit because the company was not skilled and the human resource
management made sure that the entire company is working together and as a team so that they
could help each other so that the target could be met in the company (Wilton, 2016). Air Arabian
airlines is in the market for a long run therefore they should make sure that there are no errors or
complications in the internal and external factors of the company so that the company can get a
lot of profit. And in 2014 the company made a profit of 566 millions in the market because of the
working of the company and the satisfaction the customers felt by traveling in these airlines. The
company has 50 aircraft by the end of 2017 which is great progress for the company since they
have recently started than the other airlines. The passengers which have traveled in this airlines
in 2017 are 8.5 million people.
