INTRODUCTION
Career view point is the process that helps in making an individual enhance its career
after completing graduation within specific field. In relation to this I have selected Human
Resource department within huamn resource. This has been chosen by me after completing
graduation. The grounds of choosing this filed is based upon making interaction with new
persons and creating influence upon them to join the organization by enhancing employees
percentage is been done. It is going to make my career developed in positive manner within the
field of Human resource management. Further I have described about skills, knowledge and
experience which is required for working within an organization.
Analysis and application
General trends which impact on human resource
After completing my MBA within HR specialization, I have worked as an intern in
various small scale organizations of London within the filed of Human resource. In order to
improvise my career I have been seeking bigger opportunities in relation to jobs within same
field but in well established organization. For this purpose I have used different job searching
apps like naukri.com and shinee.com which serves my interest. Currently with the help of linked
in site I have got job opportunity within Tesco Plc as a HR manager within human resource
department. This is one of the most popular department of UK that operates in different countries
( Lipshits-Braziler and Gati, 2019). For gaining of competitive advantage and strong
management mechanism an organization seeks over more qualified and experience candidates, in
order to work within an organization. In relation to Tesco using internet and searching about the
organization I have observed that it gives chance to new talent or freshers holding experience of
2 – 3 years within the field I am searching for. This means that organization is more focused
upon new and innovative ideas which makes improvisation of management department possible.
It increases my chance over showing abilities in relation to organization which enhances my
carer overall.
Through secondary resources like government census report, I have evaluated that from
some years performance of Tesco is not up to the mark in relation to its competitors like ASDA
and H&M. I have observed that reason behind this is rigid policies, lack of quality workforce and
not been able to provide appropriate training methods. These are important for an organization

in making performance enhancement possible. For this purpose only Tesco has introduced new
marketers in marketing department as they posses strong abilities in relation to HR management
with multi tasking skills. That is why the organization has given an advertisement for HR
manager (as shown in Appendix) with roles and responsibilities. Also I have made research upon
Tesco to know more about the organization. Doing conversation with some persons I have
analysed that there is work pressure within organization and it is compulsory for every worker to
possess knowledge about latest trends in relation to HR management (Lee, Shin and Jeong,
2020).
Skills, Knowledge and experience required
Policy making and recruitment is considered as one of the most important part of HRM
department in this policies and strategies has to be developed through discussing upon various
aspects of market. That is why for performing the role of HR manager individual requires to
have both knowledge and skills regarding finance, management and recruitment patterns. For
working at the post candidate is required to have experience or have worked within the field for
sometime. Further various skills has been explained as follows which is required to be possessed
by candidate:
Communicate skills: The skills helps in performing of various activities and roles in more
effective manner as it makes sure that important information is circulated easily and
efficiently. That is why I am required to improve this skills which makes me fit for role and
helps in making my ideas conveyed clearly.
Collaborate with management team: In Tesco thousands of workers has been working within
the organization. So, for managing them there needs has to be identified which is done
through developing collaborative programs which makes there interaction possible with me.
Budgeting skills: These skills help in managing budget in more effective manner which helps in
making optimization within use of resources and makes productivity with innovation
introduced within working pattern of organization.
Decision making skills: It is one of the most important skills which has to be possessed by me in
order to perform role of HR manager. As this makes policies enhancement possible through
improving basic structure of decision making.

Training and development skills: In order to enhance employee and makes them learn new
skills this skills is required to be presented within me. It makes employees attain
sustainability within organization like Tesco.
Legal knowledge about laws: This makes legality of policies to be maintained which help in
maintaining framework within an organization.
Evaluation
As I am an MBA professional and searching for job related to post of HR manager. I
have been searching for better job opportunities which helps in developing my career in right
direction. I did search upon various online job portals and got job vacancy that has been related
to my job portfolio. The post of HR manager in Tesco is the job vacancy that I have got. In this
post I am require to manage all kinds of processes within an organization, also I have to make
policies and strategies for improving recruitment process of Tesco. Main reason over choosing
job is because of good reputation of the company. I am interested within job because it belongs
to my field of interest ( Burga, Leblanc and Rezania, 2020).
Further I have completed my studies within the same area within which an organization
has started recruiting candidates. I have experienced of three years working at same profile
within different organization. Also I did enquiry at my level which has made me attain
satisfaction over work that has to be done.
`Tesco has been dealing upon various kinds of policies which has been dealing with
various aspects within an organization. Then I think that I am able to influence people in more
better and effective manner. My management skills are good as I am good at plaining things and
completing them within time limit specified. Also I have done better in my previous organization
and has helped in improving policies related to recruitment. Further the organization is focused
upon improving its policies and recruitment process which is going to create employment
opportunities. Also the skills that has been discussed is going to help me in getting selected for
the job in more effective manner. The reason that organization should select me for the role is
that I have appropriate skills and abilities within an organization. As the organization is looking
for youngsters which is going to bring in innovative thinking that makes decision making process
to be enhanced. Over that I am able to do multitasking which make me handle tough situations in
better manner. This is my plus point and is required for job profile given by company. In this job

profile various kinds of other qualities are required that is been possessed by me which makes
quality of recruitment process improved. Further influencing people is very rare thing and
benefits person in more effective manner.
In this field an organization is not having skilled employees which makes development of
career possible in more effective manner. Further working in big organization like Tesco makes
both personal and professional development attained in more effective manner. Good
performance of employees can also provide them a chance to work on international level as the
company is globalised. So the same reason is also for me and I also want to achieve and make
my future safe and secure and that is the reason why I an wishing to work with this company
(Brustio and et. al., 2020).
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion it can be marked out that developing career is very important
and essential part which is required for analysing of requirement and needs of an organization
within which an individual has to work. In this both personal and secondary data has helped in
developing of possibilities required by an organization for job vacancy. Also in this file various
skills has been covered which is been used for making individual prepared for job. In order to
make career development possible appropriate job is required for making growth in professional
development possible.
