The given advertisement of the Maple leaves Shoes Company which is the maker
of the Fluffy Puppy, Cariboo, and the other brands like the Madonna has published an
advertisement schedule where the company has demanded that it requires a human resource
manager on an urgent basis in it head office which is situated in Washington. The company
stated in its advertisement schedule that the company is a fast growing company that has varied
plans to expand its operations to the other provinces and the other nations for the future years. At
present, the company has claimed to export its goods to the other nations like the United States
and a number of other European nations (Posthumus, Santora and Bozer 2017).
Second, the company highlights the skills that they are finding in the human resource
manager. The company has highlighted that the human resource manager who will be recruited
will be responsible for supervising the different functions of human resource for the larger
context of the organization which has recorded an overall and expansive growth rate for the
organization purpose. The human resource manager who will be recruited will be reporting
directly to the President and will also be a crucial part of the top management authorities.
Third, the company also stated that they are looking for a person as the human resource
manager who has a more aggressive nature in order to record the deliberate amount of progress
and an individual who can meet the functions and the demand of the large organization which is
continuously expanding. The company is looking for such a person as Human Resource Manager
who will be oriented by the performance and the results that will orient their performance level.
The result oriented strategy and the performance of the human resource manager will determine
the overall growth of the company and will and will facilitate the overall growth plans in this 21st
century . The Human Resource Manager will hold a senior position in the company who will

have a minimum experience of at least 15 years in order to experience the capacity of the senior

Lastly, the company has also highlighted that the Maple shoes company is the company
that provides equal opportunity to all the employers and will be able to welcome the applications
from the women also who are highly qualified and also the application should be extended to the
candidates who are the falling under the Minority category. The company has also attached the
address details at the end of the advertisement.
One criticism that can be highlighted regarding the advertisement details is that nowhere
in the advertisement the company mentioned about the salary or the fee structure for the
employees. The company also did not mention about the incentive structure, the leave policies
for the preferred post. The previous advertisement also did not share the proper details of the
