INTRODUCTION
Human resource management can be defined as the practice which involves recruiting, hiring,m
deploying as well as managing of the employees within the organisation. Human resource
management is referred to as simple human resources. This department of the company is highly

better regulating the working of the employees within the organisation. This report will discuss
the effective option for managing the performance of the staff as well as providing the action

The most effective approach of improving the performance of the staff is the soft

effectively as these all contribute to boosts the efficiency of the overall performance of the

improvements in many of the areas and incorporating the coaching and mentoring will enable the
company to increase the performance level of the organisation.
When the coaching and the mentoring approach will be used in this organisation will help
