INTRODUCTION
Knowledge is considered as awareness, familiarity and understanding of certain subject
or topic. For example awareness of facts, information, description and skill that is acquired with
experience, education, learning or hearing that related to practical or theoretical subject.
Creativity is known as a phenomenon where something new and valuable is forms which is
tangible or intangible and able to provide benefit to particular function and operation.
Knowledge and creativity both are important for personal and professional life (Jung, 2018). In
student life and corporate these both things are crucial and capable to make positive
improvement and development. This report is providing detailed information on meaning of
ideal job, job description and brief specification of personal qualities and capabilities for
professional life. The utilization of various available resources will be explained in report.
MAIN BODY
Ideal Job
This is important for a student to get ideal job after the education to gain success in
professional life (Warnick, 2018). For each person ideal job is different, it depends on their
personal interests and values that in which job they are most suitable and in which they are going
to enjoy in work. The definition of ideal job is- “ A job that provides opportunity to progress,
learn and contribute in the organization operations.”. Organizations that are team work oriented
regularly encourage their employees to take initiative and create new ideas and functions that are
beneficial for company. The ideal job can be taken as a job where the skills of individual
employee are effectively utilised and it provides them opportunity to grow in the corporate
environment. This is important for individual student to make a mind set about their ideal job in
education period in order to develop proper skills and abilities that can help them to gain better
experience and development in the professional career.
As per my interest and education I have gained in university period, my ideal job is
Position of Human Resource Manager in a Multinational organization (Gurden, 2016). There are
different factors which are important in job of HR manager that are attractive form me. Because I
have interest in these field and I think it will be beneficial for me to look for this job. As I have
analysed my behaviour and skills this job is most suitable for me. There are different that forced
me to select this job as ideal job which are- this job can make positive difference in professional
life, I like to enjoy work with people, I feel appreciation and value in this job, this is related to

my personal interest, my personality is suitable to these job, I like to face challenges that are
frequent in these job and challenges as HR manager will help me to grow in professional and
personal life (Li and Huan, 2019). This is how as per my interest, capabilities and skills this is
best suitable job for me.
