INTRODUCTION
Human resource management is defined as a tool which is used for promoting effective

managers as well as leaders of the firm, develops effective plans and strategies, also monitors
respective performance being produced by various staffs working in the firm (Aboramadan, et.
al., 2020). It helps in better functioning of various operational activities of an organisation and
also carries firm towards effective growth and provides better future opportunities to respective
business firm. Higher authorities of the firm, takes in innovative approaches and current market
trend in dedicated marketplace of the company, while performing respective tasks in an

industry, the main issues in the industry is high rate of turnover. There are numerous reasons that
can create these issues in the retail industry. For example, the main issue that leading the high
rate of turnover is incorporated with inappropriate compensation and poor incentives. It is
analysed that, businesses in retail industry facing many adverse circumstances that can affect the
personal and professional development of the business. Some considerations also observed that
opinion of employees in the organisation also matter because lack of employee engagement also
create many problems in the integrity of the organisation. Another reason also incorporated that
and analysed that there are also many issues occur related to the inequality of the industry that
may be de-motivate all the employees so that their work efficiency and motivational level
affected and their productivity decrease.
