This research project investigates the significance of talented human resources in achieving organizational profitability goals, focusing on a case study of Unilever. The study aims to identify the need for talented HR in driving organizational change. It employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative data from literature reviews, articles, journals, and books with quantitative data gathered through questionnaires distributed to 50 Unilever employees selected via random sampling. The research utilizes interpretivism philosophy and a deductive approach, analyzing data with MS Excel and MS Word. The findings emphasize the critical role of HR in facilitating change and achieving profitability, highlighting the importance of strategic HR management and employee engagement.
