INTRODUCTION
Work based learning is organizational strategy that provides workers or person with real
life work experience where they apply and implement technical skills, along with this it helps to
develop employability more than before (Brewster and Söderström, 2017). It encompasses the
diversity of non formal, informal and formal arrangements including work placement, informal
learning and apprenticeships on job. It helps to provide career awareness, career planning,
exploration, and also helps people attain competencies such as employability abilities and
positive work attitudes.The present report is based on learning and reflective presentation, it
explains future role, what professional and personal training require for that job. This study also
justifies how persons will take responsibility of own learning at workplace, personal and
professional development and learning needs for this job role and also clarifies plan to evaluate
how workers motivation will improved. Furthermore, it explains suggestions applicable to solve
mentioned problems of in workplace and also define ways for monitoring progress of project.
TASK 1
Personal and professional training required for future career role
Human resource manager is my future career role, I want to become a successful HR
manager in multinational company how have wide supply chain and are leading firm in its
sector. I had personal interest in HRM job role, I think that it is quite interesting and highly
responsible job.
To work effectively in future career role that is human resource manager in organization I
require some personal as well as professional training that help me to enhance my skills and
abilities to work.
Types of professional training-
Technical training-
I require this type of training for my future career role that is HRM, with the help of its
method I will be able to manage my work on technology and solve any issue related to this on
time for short term period till the technical team will come (Stewart and Brown, 2019). It helps
to teach new skills needed to implement, operate and maintain HR information software or other
application in my workplace efficiently.

Group building training is highly required for this job role as it helps to established level
of faith and trust as well as synchronicity between team individuals for maximizing efficiency.
While doing job in future as HRM I have to build strong team how are able to work productively
and have some creativity. Team building training is quite beneficial for me as it support to
increase the ability of my group members.
Skills training-
This professional training is referred to activity given to person so as to perform its
specific job such as HRM. For example, as human resource manager I would be specifically
taught to employees and handle software. Skills are set of capabilities needed to develop for

I will take accountability of my own learning at workplace through study staff manual, it
is one of the best method to learn more about the expectations, policies and rules of business
which they required to excepted by all its workers while doing job with them. By studying
employee manual I will gain in depth information about company and work according to its
expectations in workplace.
Interviewing with senior staff members is another way to learn and develop knowledge

Personal learning and development-
I chose my future career role in company that is human resource manager, for which I
had professional and personal learning & development.
In order to solve the issues of employees in workplace communication skill is highly
needed in myself while doing job as HRM. I am able to talk properly with my team members and
communicate with other as well to determine any problems which they face during work. I deal
with many people day out and day in, listening to their problems whether work related or not.
Through interactions, I had to gain confidence and trust of workers, thereby improving
interrelationships in work area. Good written and oral communication skills is needs for human
resource manager role.
HRM job role required bunch of good skills and abilities, that helps to manage overall
performance of staff. I had excellent writing skills needs for my future job role as human
resource manager. For example, during my work I need to produce and designs policy manual
and releases memos for benefit of workers which require for need of writing ability.
Human resource entails many functions associated but not limited to training, individual
development plans, recruitment and employee relations. I was able to recognize the needs of
training and performance appraisals that help to enhance employees productivity in workplace.
Personally I was able to learn how to take appropriate decision with the help of analysing

before. Decision making skills is need for HRM job because they deal with conflict situations

role, person must had experience and knowledge in employment law and other things to done

and use while doing future job as human resource manager (Reiche and et.al., 2016). At that time
when I become HRM, I will assure that talented applicants was hired for superior workforce,

In addition to this, I was able to develop employee oriented organization culture that
emphasizes continuous development and improvement of workers, high performance and key
employee retention.

Project-
I will conduct a project in which I have to determine the current issues and provide some
possible suggestions to company that helps to solve problems, and create positive work
environment at workplace effectively. Human resource manager is accountable to evaluate
workplace conflict, in context of current case company is facing difficult time due to poor
communication and staff underperforming which compromises on products quality, losing loyal
consumers and high employee turnover to competitors. All the above issues made negative
impact on business growth and success in market place, high employee turnover decrease the
productivity of company rather than before. Without motivated and skilled labour they cannot be
able to satisfy consumers and lose all of them one by one which is not suitable for position as
well as reputation of firm. Competitors will take the advantage of current problems occurring in
business that give negative outcomes as low market share (Haddock-Millar, Sanyal and Müller-
Camen, 2016). Poor communication bring many challenges in front of management in which
