It is with great pleasure that I am informing you that I have gone through the thread
which you have put forward on the subject matter of individual performance. I must say that
while going through the article that you wrote, I really liked most of the points which you
have put forward in the essay itself. However, there are some points which I would like to
suggest so that you can get a better understanding of the subject matter itself.
I feel that while you have correctly pointed out the importance of the individual
performance and the advantages as well as the disadvantages which it has, I would like to add
an additional point that while it is true that the individual performance should be in
accordance with the company’s goals, it is important that the individual also does what he/she
thinks is better for him/her (Mathis, et.all, 2017). If the individual can abide by both his/her
interests as well as the interests of the organization itself, then I am sure that the organization
would be making much more profits in the marketplace itself. I would also like to suggest
that the companies must look for the satisfaction of the employees at the various levels to
make sure that they are satisfied with the job they do (Soucat et. All, 2014).
Lastly, I absolutely agree with the biblical reference in the article itself with Jesus and
his disciples itself (Wheaton, 2001). Apart from these suggestions, I would say that the article
which you have written is indeed very well written and informative.

It is with utmost pleasure that I am informing you that I really liked the article which
you have forwarded on the subject matter of the Individual rewards and the Hyundai Heavy

Industries itself. I have gone through the article which you have sent and I must praise you on
presenting detailed information in the article itself. However, there are certain points which I
feel should be included in the subject matter of the individual reward.
I would begin with suggesting the fact that while it is true that you have mentioned
the article in details itself, I feel that you should always include the reason for the launching
of the new pricing systems by Hyundai Heavy Motors. Moreover, I also feel that it would
also be better for the article that you wrote if you include the reaction of the employees at the
company about the pricing systems (Mathis et. all, 2017). Another important point which I
fee; you would need to add in the article is why did the employees not like the pricing
mechanism and what led the prices to fall in the marketplace for the company itself. All these
points would I feel help to make the article which I wrote more compact and detailed for the
readers to be interested in (Nam, 2019).
Apart from the suggestions which I have already made, I feel that the rest of the
article accurately presents the details of the subject matter and the Biblical reference which
you have used also fits in with the article itself (Wheaton, 2001). Overall, I would conclude
by saying that the article is well written.
