INTRODUCTION
Human resource management is a very important aspect of any business organisation and

approaches of Human resource management in various organisation will be discussed in detail in
this report. The current report will going to have a detailed discussion on the various Human
resource practices that shall be followed by the HR Department of the organisation also the
impact of those policies on organisation and employees will also be discussed in detail in this
