training and recruiting program is the foremost duty of HR. manager. The HR. team at 'Say it
with Chocolate' is working very nicely and efficiently as they organize effective training
programmes and they call experts for conducting training programmes. Training and
development is one of the most important part or function of HR. as it helps in increasing
knowledge ans skills of employees at each level.
Management of performance- This is the primary function of HR. as it helps in
evaluating and measuring the level and quality of performance of employees. In order to achieve
targeted goals and objectives, HR. manager ensures betterment and improvement in their
performance of work. Management and performance has great importance as without systematic
or proper management company cannot able to manage and develop there employees as well as
there organisation.

There are several types of roles and responsibilities of HR. officer as they are the key
people in company. The HR. team of 'Say it with Chocolate' is excellent as they perform their
roles and responsibilities in adorable manner as described below:
Recruitment and Selection- Recruiting and selecting employees is the foremost
responsibility of HR. manager of 'Say it with Chocolate'. Selection of right people at right job at
right time is not an easy task as it is a difficult activity. It requires full-fledged knowledge of the

interviewer should be removed in any manner. Last, in Psychometric Test method, company

The role played by receptionist is very essential in the company. They are the key person
in the company, they are called admin of company, and administration department is there
department in company. All the information regarding company's affair are reported to manager
of administration department. In order to furnish great welcome and professional experience to
people who visit to the organisation. Beside this, company has to receive all the call of company
and communicate with people in very delegate manner. Meeting and greeting customers,
arranging meetings, arrangement of parcels, keeping the area of reception clean-cut, answering
and forwarding phone calls, sorting and distributing post, completing the paper work, furnishing
well services to people who visit, and many other responsibilities in respect to the management
of organisation.
Person Specification- It refers to whole description of skills, qualification, ability,
