INTRODUCTION
Human resource management(HRM) is the strategical concept that includes allocation of
human resource, employees training and development, compensation management and
manpower planning in the organization. With the help of it, increase competitive advantages and
achieving strategic objectives of firm(Bratton and Gold, 2017). HR practices are involved
recruitment, performance appraisal, rewarding and design benefits to workers. It also cares with
changes in company and industrial relation that is scaling of practices of organization. This
report will select three articles from journals and summary that includes aim, objective and
question foe each articles. It will explain use of methodology, main finding and recommendation
