In the human resource development practices there are different persons provide their
own views which are such as Skinner, Piaget and Bandura. As per the Skinner at the workplace
employee's behaviours are different in order to give response as well as complete the task.
Further, the respective theory are well known in order to do new experiments as well as
formulate different innovative strategies for easily achieving agreed goals and objectives of the
enterprise. The concept of Skinner is helpful for HR manager in order to learn new things to the
employees at the new working environment. Apart from this it can be evaluated that it is very
beneficial for the company due to using creative ideas and make the company more productive in
its industry where it operates. On the other side another theory that is Piaget's work it helps to
employees in order to contribute in very specific task or criteria for achieving goals and
objectives efficiently.

Convergence as well as divergence are those factors which are considers in the human in
order to become aware and alike for particular criteria. Those types of employees in the firm
which become more alike as time passes is known as convergence. On the other hand side
workers or organisational members which are become less alike and reduce their efficiencies at
time goes, are identified as a divergence. Both the concepts are affects to the company at the
global level up to greater extent. When the person use divergence concept then the company has
to face different problems because it leads to reduce sales and revenue as well as cannot attract
more number of customers. Apart from this another concept that is convergence is plays very
effective role in the organisation because it helps to make the person or employee more efficient
as well as productive at the working environment. Further, different global and national factors
such as political, cultural, economical etc. highly affects to both the concepts and business entity
as well.

individuals. In terms of social factors, group of people or friends make plan to go outside or play
game then the student move towards that. Hence, it can be said that mentioned elements affects
to the individuals in order to learn new and innovative things.
