The HRM related operations which are been carried out by the organisation, this can be
said that the proper planning of the operations and activities will lead to rise in effective
management of work force. Implementing proper HRM strategies will lead the organisation to
have a good relationship at the work place. Proper planning and management of human resource

presented in regard to UK based pharmaceutical enterprise, Greenwich Pharmaceutical.
