INTRODUCTION
Business management refers to managing overall functions of a company that can help in
attaining specific goals and objectives. Management mainly includes planning, controlling,
directing along with organising of over all business operations so that goals can be attained right
on time. Under this assignment, journal which is being chosen for the topic i.e. human resources
and report is going to be enclosed with summary of three different articles related to set topic and
these are going to be based on qualitative research, quantitative research and literature review.
