INTRODUCTION
In the present time, there is a higher pressure of increasing competition and globalization
on the companies which has enhanced with the need for the management of human resources in
an efficient manner. Thus, it has becomes important for the company to satisfy with the needs of
staff members and develop with the strategies accordingly. This will help to perform the
activities of the firm smoothly (Armstrong and Taylor, 2014). Further, they must develop with
the plan which help in managing the employees in an effective manner and ensure with high
performance level by them in serving with the products and services. In this report, the case
study of St. Margaret's Nursing home is taken in consideration. Further, they are facing with
many problems such as inefficient management and leadership, high employment turnover, etc.
which has led to suffer the company to a greater extent. Thus, to overcome these problems they
have developed with the efficient planning of the recruitment process for the firm. Moreover,
different theories and models are adopted to ensure the satisfaction of employees at the
workplace. In addition to this, the ways to monitor the performance of the staff members are
stated in detail (Avey And et.al., 2011). At last, the need and adoption of leadership theories at
health and social care is been determined in an efficient manner.

1.1) Factors to be considered for planning the recruitment process
Recruitment is an efficient process which assist the company to identify with the best
candidate for the organization to perform the activities. It mainly involves with the selection
process which is been don e in several steps which enable the company to short list with the best
of candidate (Bratton and Gold, 2012). Further, for recruiting the employees in St. Margaret's,
they need to consider with large number of factors and than plan with the selection and
recruitment process. Further, the following are the major factors which are important to be taken
into consideration:
Defining requirements- It is the foremost thing which is highly important for the
company to complete with the recruitment process. Thus for this, they need to evaluate
with the need for the candidates which are to be appointed in the nursing home (Cascio
and Boudreau, 2010). Moreover, they must develop with the skills and knowledge as well

Recruitment cost and finance required- It is crucial for St. Margaret's health and care
home to evaluate with the recruitment process cost and also the other financial
implications which are incorporated with process. As it will involve with the cost at every

increases and profit on the productivity will also increases. Moreover it is also important that
organization give the roles and responsibility each of the team member so they can work
appropriately and make healthy relationship between the management and the workers so the
business growth increase at extent level in the recent market trend. Using proper communication
technique with the each co-worker of the team so they can understand your ideas and perspective
and it will help to lead the organization in current market trend, compare with other organization.
And respect is also the main factor which is included in the organization's scenario and it will
affect the growth of the organization like if each member of the team give respect to their co-
workers so it will indirectly give the boost to their workforce and efficiency also increases
because every employee need respect from their senior and juniors as well as management also.
And it will help to maintain a decorum at the workplace. And senior people respect their juniors
and juniors also respect their seniors and maintain the better relationship in their organization
and it will give the extreme boost to their organization because if each member deal their specific
work with respect so efficiency will increases and productivity and profits also increases and
every member of the team enjoy their work and give more better outcomes for their organization.
