INTRODUCTION
Human resource management refers to utilisation and allocation of resources
properly. It helps an organisation to select specialised workers for a firm. HR manager also
perform some other functions like giving salary to their employees and many more. HR is
primarily works on the management of workers in an organisation focusing on policies and
on systems. Present report is based on all the functions performed by human resource
manager and also about its planning made by the management. It helps in the globalisation of
an organisation and promotes the employment legislative functions in an organisation. So,
employees rights can not be get harm. They also provide proper training to their workers and
helps them in their development as well as promotes the development of an organisation. All
these points are more evaluated in the given study.
TASK 1 Human resource management and its functions of HR
Human resource management is the process through which human resources are
managed by an organisation. It plays a very important role and part in a firm. This managerial
function responsible for overseeing employees benefits as well as all activities of selection

provide proper training to their workers. This is because every department performs functions
in different way. So, they have to provide this training to those workers in every department.
Development: After providing appropriate training, human resource department have
to identify convenient opportunities for their employees. This term is elaborated as
professional development of each and every employee on individual basis.

identify current and future human resource needs for an organisation to achieve its goals. It is
a type of link between strategic plan of an organisation to the human resource management.
It is that process in which human resource requirement is identified for an organisation and
plans are made for satisfying their needs.

Training is a return on investment. After training employees give their best in

This three stages of business is given by lewis and this model chain is popularly known as

Unfreeze: This stage evaluate that the organisation have to prepare themselves for
accepting the change. This acceptance is necessary in every business. This change process

know about all the rights of a workers. It helps them to avoid the welfare of their workers.
They have to pay for the overtime done by the workers. This motivate other
employees and also an individual to work with more efficiency. An HR have to get fully
aware about all these things because it helps a entity to net sue by their employee at any time
and also helps in making the contract with workers. So, their rights not get void. This
provision helps in maintaining equality in business without any type of discrimination against
each and every employee(Vörösmarty,2010).
According to the given firm, they usually terminate their employees without any
notice due to making of trade union in an organisation. They also gave some other work to
their employees without any premature information. By not providing proper information
about overtime, firm is disobeying working time directive act, in which they are using their
human resource from more than 48 hours. This short period notice from organisation make
difficulty for their workers. Their salaries and wages not equal to the national average. It
means that they are getting low amount than other employees which is not helping in

so as to remove the barriers of trade and commerce between the countries. It became the
turning point for interaction and integration for organisation people and countries. At the
universal platform global trade is conducted(Wrigh2011). It has increased the scope of
international businesses.
Globalisation has helped to remove the legislation enforced by state on goods and
services across the countries.
It has improved the living standards of the countries engaged in free trades as income
has been increased and also economic growth.
An advantage that is attached with globalisation is competition, due to which local
merchants have become more attentive and has started working on their quality so as to
compete with the outside world.(Wrigh and McMahan,2011)
Globalisation has provided the benefit of free trade : free trade means where two
countries can trade among each other freely with no barriers. Organisation have the utmost
benefit as they now can provide their customers with -

helps them to produce good quality service in market. Globalisation helps them to establish
