As the world changing it is important to understand the relevance. There is discussion related to
job application to achieve success. CV is also attracted in the end of the report so as to get job
effectively.

vital for an individual to know about them and then choose a career option. I have analysed that I
like to interact with various people and I like to manage them. I have good knowledge and
understanding of people. I am motivated towards solving the conflicts of others. It is seen that it
shows me to make my career in Human resource (Pasha, Hamid and Shahzad, 2017). So I have
planned to become a Human Resource manager. It is beneficial to understand the problems of
people and take actions in that help people. There are various skills and interests that motivate
me do the work in favour of job. It is seen that the skills that I possess are discussed below:
Decision making skills: I am good at decision making and I always take better decisions. It
is seen that it is vital to take effective decision being a HR. Good and effective decision always
help a person to become successful. It is a leadership skill that is required in every business no
doubt what its size of business. Being a HR there is need of taking effective decisions so as to
manage people and placing the right person at right place.
Effective communication skills: It is vital to discuss about communication skills. There
is need to have good and effective interaction skills that helps to understand others. By
understanding the employees it becomes easy to work with them. It is seen that understanding
the employees is one of the essential work of HR.

function efficiently. It aids in the smooth operation of the company. It will support in the
organisation of people and their direction toward the desired outcomes. It aids in their motivation
so that they can function efficiently.

communicating them in a good way I will be able to lead the team and make them work to
