Equal Wage act - This act enable all worker the opportunity to have equal wage for the
same working profile. Organisation can not differ workers on basis of gender, caste etc.
Delivering time of work- In this act, there are determined working hours which have
been set by government that is 48 hours. In case, if company want worker to work more than
this, they have to pay for that according to circumstances.
Worker Equality Act-In an organisation, every worker should be allotted equal chance
