PROFESSIONAL FIELD
Human resource management is a function who is having a role and duty of managing the people at the
workplace and helps them to provide their necessary requirements and needs from where the employee can
be able to put their best efforts in making the company grow and develop.
However, for being a human resource I am required to understand the duties of the HR and have to improve
such skills which are important for the professional level. By studying and identifying, I am able to
analysed that HR have different types of functions and responsibilities such as hiring and selection,
compensation and payroll, health and safety of the employee, training and development program and even a
risk management from where the each and individual HR is responsible for looking out for these working
areas.

ANALYSING CAREER PATH
For my career path I had selected the human resource management field as it matches my skill and can provide the
best growth and development in the future time. It has been known already that human resource have different kinds
of work and role they have to play where the communication skill plays an important role in the HR field.
The communication skill and ability is important to be adopted as it will help the HR to understand the issue and
speech of the employee from where they can be able to listen and put their ideology to overcome and solve the
issues from where it will satisfy the employee and staff members at the workplace.
Also, I am having problem solving skill where it help me to identify the appropriate solution of the issue held at

STRENGTHS WHICH LINK WITH POSSIBLE CAREER PATH
Human resource field is quite vast and have to understand it in better manner from where I can be able to
become a good HR member of an organisation. I want to become a HR member where I am having the
enough skill and abilities which are required for being a human resource manager and can be able to grow
and develop myself accordingly.
I am having strength as I am quite good at communication skill which is significant and important part of
the human resource. Communication can make the employee and staff members to reflect and convey their

There are different possible challenges which I can face during becoming a HR manager. In studies, it has
been evaluated that being a HR the individual person suffer from many and different types of challenges
such as:
Hiring right candidate: the HR who is a responsibility of different working also faces the challenges in
recruitment process from where the entire organisation working depends on. Hiring a right and suitable
candidate for the organisation is important from where the company can be able to grow and develop
effectively and can provide the effective result and outcome. HR can recruit the candidates by providing the
all essential information which the company is looking for which will allow the people to apply for the
correct and suitable job role and responsibility from where the HR can be able to recruit the right candidate.
