INTRODUCTION
Human resource management is defined as a component which help in resource in the
organisation by having effective recruitment and selection of their potential employees. There
are also concerned with the performance of reserved and providing compensation and other job
related benefit so that they can create better relationship employees within the organisation
(Alzola, 2018.)Employees are the backbone for every business organisation that play an
important role in performing various tasks in an organisation with the right approach. The major
role of human resource manager is a smooth running of their business by having effective
recruitment of the candidate by choosing right source of recruitment so that the goal of the
organisation can be achieved in an appropriate manner.
Royal mail group is the British multinational postal and courier service company which is
established in 1516. The companies providing mail collection and delivery services across the
UK passes and letter are being deposited in the parcel box and are being collected in the bank
from businesses and transported to the royal mail sorting office. This report will explain the
cultural and reason impact on Human resource management and also use the organizational
theories of employment. Moreover it also evaluate the difference between human resource
management and personnel management by using 27 storey's model. Petrol evaluate the lord
created in internal market. Lastly, it analyse and discuss regarding HRM practices which is
contributing in organisational goal.

company. It also emphasizes on providing positive working environment that a completing the
task by the employees in an efficient manner. It also Ensures effective utilisation of the
individual by giving proper training and developing and there are different ways by which royal
mail can create value in the organisation which are explained as follows:

Resource manager is also responsible for hiring the consultant in an organisation and made
the right choice for various recruitment and selection test which help in getting the deserving
candidate which contributes in achievement of the business goal. When the companies providing
positive work environment just increase the chances of retaining their employees and they will
love to work in the positive work environment and apply their integrated set of skills and
knowledge for attaining set objectives. Performance appraisal is activity of analysing the
performance of employees that whether they are moving towards set targets or not. Identify the
status of their employees towards the development of the venture with the innovative ideas. After
evaluating the progress report of the individual, resource manager do the performance appraisal
on the basis of their work and evaluate them accordingly in in the performance appraisal. This
also helps the royal mail to enhance their productivity by motivating their employees.
When employees is getting designing compensation for the giving geography it also helps
in achieving the define goal and offer to the employee on the basis for their better performance.
Royal mail can retain their potential employees by providing fair compensation and create good
brand image in the market.

HRMS majorly focuses with the personnel management and culture, religion is the

which the individual said there goals as per their shared beliefs. Culture is defining the way of

style. Religion is the inherent part of the the human life which reflect their beliefs and culture
with the particular religion. It is basically concerned of society to be in particular reason and
individual is liable to follow their religion with the ultimate regards of their lives.
Work ethics attitude for working and motivating other employees in a specific task are a part
of social and cultural environment. For instance, monetary reward will value more in some
culture which helps in motivating their employees for establishing the good working
environment in the royal mail. There are also concern for the performance management of the
employees and providing them deserving rewards so that they can be motivated towards their
given job role. Company is enjoying proper paid leaves and also provided favourable
environment for the employees so that they can easily work without any discrimination on the

culture of the employees within the company. The implementation of free working environment
in an company, individual will work their full potential and needs to earn high profit margin and

generate revenue in order to expand their market size. Human resource management has

by the organisation in which step of operations and they will be done with the consideration of
integrated set of rules and regulation.
In relation to management task, human resource manager is also concerned for the
retention of their employees within the organisation by providing good working condition so that
they can complete their given job role in an appropriate manner. Royal mail can attain all the

the concern of individual that reflect the lifestyle of the human being. It also shows the attitude

which they will give their best irrespective of their different culture and religion. In order to have

It is concluded from the above report that human resource management is concerned with

improve the structure of the management in order to enhance their selection process. Moreover
HRM also helps in developing better relationship between the employee and the manager. This
strengthened the organisation in gaining competitive advantage in the large market. It also helps
