INTRODUCTION
In a business environment, human resource development can be defined as a process
where activities regarding development of resources of the company is being carried out. Here
guidelines or structure is required to be prepared by the HR manager of the company so as to
make sure that the activities are being performed in an effective manner. Also, they make sure
that the skills, capabilities and knowledge of the employee is also improved time to time. There
are various several opportunities which are being provided by companies to the employees so as
to make themselves developed in the company. There are various tools and techniques which are
being applied by the HR manager like training, coaching, performance management, appraisal,
rewards and many more. The organisation which will be referred in this report is Sun Court
company which is actually a generalist provider organisation doing their operations worldwide.
There so many elements which will be discussed in this report like learning theories and styles
applied in an organisation, their training and development events and along with this the
government led skill development initiatives will also be considered.

1.1 Comparing various types of learning styles
The organisations which are operating in the current business environment are required to
provide employees with the learning opportunities so that they can have growth in their career.
Basically, there are various concepts of learning which are related to knowledge, behaviour,
values, preferences and skills. These can be ascertained by new concept and bringing new
changes in working due to instigate new skill in an individual behaviour which boosts his
performance.
There are so many researchers who have given various theories on learning and about the styles
as well so as to ensure better adaptability. Different styles which can be adopted by the managers
are as follows:-
