INTRODUCTION
Human resource managers plan coordinate and direct the administrative function in
organization. At workplace, they oversee the recruitment, interviewing and then hire new staff by
consulting with the top executive on the strategic planning (Cunningham and et. al., 2022). The
serve as a link between the organizational management and employees. This report will be based
on the strength, values and interest on chosen sector, knowledge of factors that affecting area of
working in future and three practical steps that need to take in to this career.
What factors motivate to choose career pathway
To choose the career path in HR various factors motivate an individual which are mentioned
below:
Strength- Many people has certain unique strength that motivate them, to choose that
career path. Major strength of an individual include the exhibits technical/professional
expertise. Honesty and integrity have a person strength to work in HR department. Some
other strength include the innovation, self development, focuses on result and many more.
Interest- There are many interest area that motivate an individual to work in HR field.
These interest area include employees benefits, recruitment and staffing employees,
employees and labor relation and many more (Iqbal, Smith and Kelly, 2022).
Values- An individual has various value factors such as integrity, honor their commitment
and also conduct the business in such manner that promote the honesty, fairness, trust and
respect. They encourage diversity of experience and thoughts.
Factors that affect the chosen field
There are several factors that affect the HR career. For instance, productivity growth rate
in the labour market has impact on the effeteness of the HRP. Its means, greater growth increase
the job findings rate and reduce separation rate that lead to a lower unemployment rate. There are
various other challenge that impact HR career (Quigley and et. al., 2022). These challenges
include the identifying and hiring applicants to open jobs, managing benefits and perk programs,
conduction employee germination and many more.

Three practical steps that individual take to get into this career
To enter into the HR career plan an individual need to take three practical steps which are
mentioned below:
Firstly, an individual need to think carefully about what he really want. In this they need to
conduct a self reflection about their want.
After this, its time to figure out that how top get there. For this they needs to set gaols for a
successful career plan (Robb, Barber and Mohedeen, 2022).
At last, they know themselves and what they want and they have their goals set and written
down. Now they need to dig into developing a plan to get there. It conclude where they
should know their interest and skill and then start figuring out what they need.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it is concluded that to get into any specific career plan, an individual
get motivate form various factors. They also face many challenges to work in their chosen filed
for which they need to make strategies. To choose a particular filed a person need to take some
practical steps that help them to get know when they need to go and work efficiently.
