However, for being a human resource I am required to understand the duties of the HR and have to
improve such skills which are important for the professional level. By studying and identifying, I am able
to analysed that HR have different types of functions and responsibilities such as hiring and selection,
compensation and payroll, health and safety of the employee, training and development program and even
a risk management from where the each and individual HR is responsible for looking out for these
working areas.
According to me, it is the best job role I am interested in and having the skills to become a HR member
from where I can be able to grow and develop successfully at this particular professional field. Thus, HR
is the best job I can do as it also matches my skill like I have good communication skill, problem solving
ability and interpersonal skill which is the most important skill and ability a HR should have.

The communication skill and ability is important to be adopted as it will help the HR to
understand the issue and speech of the employee from where they can be able to listen and put
their ideology to overcome and solve the issues from where it will satisfy the employee and staff
members at the workplace. Also, I am having problem solving skill where it helps me to identify
the appropriate solution of the issue held at workplace and can resolve them accordingly which
will satisfy the employee and staff members in definite manner. However, it is the best
professional field for me to adopt and implement as it will drive me to obtain the higher success
and growth effectively. From the effective communication skill, it will help an individual person
to share their views and thoughts in definite manner and can interact with the people accordingly.
However, HR management of the company also essentially requires to understand the
imporrance of the communication skill within HR career from where the appropriate outcome
can be achieved. HR should be very communicative with their staff and employees of the
company because it delivers the appropriate speech and ideologies including the issues which
faces by the employees of the company from where they can directly come over to the HR and

I am having strength as I am quite good at communication skill which is significant and

Also, I am able to resolve the problem which will allow me to reduces the conflicts the

can put their best working efforts and hard work which will lead the organisation at successful
level. Thus, these two skills are my strength from where I am capable to become a good HR
manager in my career pathway. Communication and problem solving skill is a must ability which
an HR require to adopt from where the employees of the company can feel satisfied with the
working areas of the HR department and management and can resolve their issues by their
